this is the main point. on ebay, you need to buy the seller and not the item. if a guy has a bunch of nasty feedback, he is a bad vendor. i usally won't buy from a high volume seller with under 99% positives. it's virtually impossible to get 100% feedback on ebay if you sell a lot stuff

Go through PayPal. They will require an expert opinion on company letterhead. Then you take the dash to your local MB dealer and have them write a letter stating why the dash isn't in excellent condition. Fax the letter to PayPal and they will secure the funds to refund your money upon

Ebay and PayPal are both smart and won't cut off the buyer. The buyer funds the money, without a buyer, there is no sale, there is no fee, there is no money to be made by Ebay and PayPal. My experience with a lying seller was plesant and ok. PayPal took care of me. Luther John Ervine
