In Arizona, before 5 years ago, if you took a title loan on a vehicle, the title loan folks would file a lien with the state, and you kept the title in your name. Then 5 years ago, the law was changed and if you take a title loan, the loan company takes title to the vehicle as a superior interest.

Yeah except to do that you need to get the owner's consent on that form, but getting a title report is only $6.  That dmv.com site is a private company, they want $15 to run a report which seems like it might include the lienholder info.  I'll see if my cuz can dig it up, if not I'll get a lawy

I wasn’t sure if there was a separate mode for recovering a battery or it just does it on it’s own. Apparently, it does this on it’s own. I’m watching it now and it is sweeping from around 13 VDC to 14 VDC something, so maybe that’s the way it reconditions the battery. I’ll leave it on the batt

I am not sure what you mean by choosing mode.  The mode button does change between standard and agm.  Other than that, you just hook it up and it does its thing.  It supposedly automatically desulfates.  I also have 3 of the larger chargers that is up to 15 amp and has a battery repair mode on
