I always thought my '85 190D 5spd felt a little weird compared to my '83 240D

I take it all back. There are some issues, I def need the larger
flexdisks from the 300D on the front. The carrier bushing needs to be
replaced. The gearing needs to be shortened up, 2.88 might be ok 3.07
would be a hoot. 65mph is 1850 rpm. 70mph is 2000. Once the turbo kicks
in it really winds

Honestly, it was a bit disappointing. I am used to my gwagen clutch on
the 123 now, big heavy lots of torque. I was also dickering around with
the clutch pedal (sits really high seems that there is no adjustment,
today).

and I can assure you that Rustys people make mistakes. It would be

well, I don't know that I can add much to it. Other than be prepared to
