MSX Resource Center is not blocking Brazillian access at all. It's the other way around :) Telefonica (99,9% of south american lines) has some sort of lookup problem. Try the IP: 213.201.217.102 it works, try the domain: www.msx.org and it won't work. Anyway, we're working on it. If you'd like to
