I can not completely agree on this. Games like Jedi Knight and Diablo are
very playable indeed. They can match any game ever
A game is good/ bad because of the concept on which it is build...
2D or 3D is a way to express the concept, it is not the goal of the game to
be 2D or 3D, it should be fun to play
Just like cartoons and movies with actors, both have good and bad
examples...
