Off-topic, but... this is mostly caused by the fact that Last.fm now rejects
anything that starts and ends with parentheses or brackets. There is no way to
submit such tracks, AFAIK.

I think having "programming" under instruments is, well... not so
obvious. Programming is more a production task, than performance. Plus,
it would be nice to have a way to specify _what_ did the person program.
So, I propose that we remove programming from the instrument list add a
separate AR
