Actually, F4 gives you the date and time. Ctrl+Shift+T gives you just the date.
I use these all the time!

I find folders to be the easiest way to group projects. You can define the
scope of a folder any way you want. I think some folks here also use Contexts.
MLO is flexible enough that you can choose whatever makes sense to you.

David,
If you mark a task with subtasks as a project, MLO will give you the total time
based on the estimates of the subtasks. True, you can’t then group a bunch of
projects together and get that estimate. That would be nice, indeed.

Yes, I use MLO for this purpose. Even if something auto-renews, that’s a good
time to spend at least a second or two asking yourself if the service is still
worth having.
In practical terms, I make a “Renew ” task, with a note that this
auto-renews. I set a reminder for the day before the auto-

On #2: Have you discovered Insert Link to a File? Right-click in Task

A direct sync or import/export with Toodledoo would be terrific. MLO has been a
tremendous help in organizing my work life, but I don't have Outlook at home,
and I've got hundreds of home-based tasks in Toodledoo. Awhile back, I did try
to export the Toodledoo tasks both as spreadsheet and XML,
+1. I'd like "Sprint" as an option. If other Agile folk have a
workaround, I'd love to hear it (our sprints do not typically correspond
to calendar months).
