For some reason my frontend now hangs if I try to go to Watch TV (Live TV)
when the tuner is recording something.
Previously it would display a screen saying that the tuner was busy etc and
give me a Cancel button.
I just get a Black screen now when this happens.
Any idea of what the mechanism i

Do I need a user name and password to get schedules into my box? What
might those be? Or is there a different method to get schedules to

On the Slave Back End make sure all of the mysql.txt has the IP address of the
Master Back End.
There should be a mysql.txt in the users .mythtv directory and probably one
in /.mythtv.
So on the Slave back end stop the mythbackend
Then locate all mysql.txt files.

running Fedora 1/Mythtv .12 to a 200GB HD running Fedora 3/Mythtv .18. All

EPG is automatically populated, and I can successfully schedule
recordings :)
My recording directory is setup as a SAMBA mountpoint and I use the Xbox
Media Centre to watch the recordings. However, in order to do this,
I have a MythTV install on a Fedora Core 4 install
(myth installed with YUM).
I would like to apply the dbox2 patch to enable me to
select the dbox2 as a capture card and control a dbox
for livetv and recording / channel control etc.
