[synergy] Problem with linking Jira ID

Good morning. When following test spec and failed a test with the Jira ID - for example NETBEANS-4084, synergy generates link as https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ NETBEANS-NETBEANS-4084 setting it in synergy as 4084 generates correct link https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-4084
