Now I have a second computer running Mandrake. The second one does not
have much memory and is not too fast, so I want to use this one just
as a "dumb" terminal.
It should be similar to the X login on Solaris: You can enter a remote
host at login screen.
How can I do this with Mandrake?

How would I be able to format my hard drive without any tool except
Mandrake CD-ROM? The graphical installer provides partitioning hard
drives befor installing, not so the text installer... :-(

There is an update for nmh. I've tried to get it via Mandrake Update
programm, but I failed: Everytime (no matter what ftp server) I got
the error message (translated to English):
"An error occured by downloading nmh-1.0.3.-1mdk.i586.rmp"

what can I do in order to avoid typing "imwheel -k" after every
reboot? I want it to be started regardless which user is loggin in. It

I was reading the installation guide for imwheel; I did everything
what I've been told, but my wheel is still not working.
Here is my pointer section of /etc/X11/XF86Config:

I am using Madrake 7.0 and it is working well. I have a SCSI CD-ROM
writer and a SCSI ZIP drive.
Mandrake used to recognize the CD writer correctly. I was using kernel
vmlinuz-2.2.14-1mdklinus. I was able to mount CDs on /dev/scd0.
With kernel vmlinuz-2.2.14-15mdk mounting CDs on SCSI was not
