Excuse Me, I am for ONE of the very inexperienced users of either Windows
or Linux, I do not think there are any here that are any newer at either
one than myself. I just started with Linux/Mandrake Complete v7.0 from
Macmillin Software, about 2-3 weeks ago or maybe a month. Not sure at

Hey, don't go blaming it on the hardware now. It's pretty clear that Linux
is not an easy ride to install, no matter how stable it may be

the hardware in the machine that your using.
It might or might not be the problem that your experiencing,
but this was the problem the last 2 times this happened to me.
I usually recomend an AMD processor to windows users,
but I'm biased in fav

In a little over a week, I've re-installed Mandrake 7 FOUR times..what
gives?? I tried installing Caldera open Linux instead..that says my
Hardware will not support it!! Od
