I upgraded from 9.2 to 9.3 last night using rpmdrake, now
when running firestarter I get this:

running firestarter from the directory you built it in run 'make
install-data-local' to install a configuration or simply 'make
install'

I picked the option thats supposed to start Firestarter when you dialup. (but
it doesn't). So...in /etc/ppp/ip-up.local, I put the line firestarter .
