If you are running 4.x.x then

I've been messing sround with PowerPC dist of debian.
I once had everything setup nicely, with KDE2 running.
There was a problem with my modem setup after I upgrading my kernel.
I tried for a while to get it running, and thought maybe I should go
back to stable.

So far all the x configs I have tried end up freezing
the monitor, keyboard, mouse then I startx,and
I have to manually turn the pc off.
The FreebSD naturally complains a lot at reboot.
I heard I should try the VESA driver. I've seen no
mention of this anyw
Actually, I removed the "NoAccel" option and everything seems to be working
fine. Another problem solved by rebooting.

Hi,
I've installed XFree86 version 4.1.0 (from source) on my system. If I'm playing a game
like parsec_lan or tuxracer, the game works for about 10 - 15 minutes and after that
time my pc crashes. On the screen is one picture of the game - doesn't move anymore.
Can't move the mouse. Neither Ct

able to switch focus from an app on one display to an app on the other

that drive. Somebody got a clue how to resize the partiton? I took a
look at GNU Parted, but it looks to me like one needs a doctor in
