(can't just wipe and install x32) where Outlook would hiccup and lose
connections to the server. Server appeared hung, but once logged on, was fine
and users could reconnect. Updated firmware, drivers, Windows,
Mrtg , ntop come to mind. Your vendor can normally provide some mrtg graphs

I put my larger servers (4U) at the bottom. All my switches are at the top.
I generally start with the 1U or 2U server from the bottom up.
Power are the Zero U outlets.
And make sure you control your cabling! Label both ends of the cable.
