you checked your NIC settings recently? If it is on autodetect, it may
have failed over to 10mb half duplex. I highly recommend hard coding both
the NIC and the switch port appropriately rather than depend on
autodetect.

Double-check that you have not accidentally added a
duplicate job. That happened for us, in redoing the backup schedule.
If you thought you changed a job, you may have implemented another job instead,
that is running right after the first one.
