Unable to get owner data.
This problem has been posted a number of times by many app developers.
Is there anyone from google who is looking into this matter? It's
breaking the working of pipelining enabled apps.

Like many other developers, i spent hours learning orkut api, designed
it and finally got my app approved for apps on orkut but orkut has
shut it down in profile view. i emailed them the issue multiple times,
either they dont reply or they donot give any ETA or any info about
this

Some users said they wished to autoplay it but this feature was
missing (and they've added only 1 app).
What I want to do is to make this feature appear when when a user
agrees to terms conditions(like 'I agree that autoplaying it may
distract users').
