One common cause for this error is that the user's profile is configured to
a language/country (locale) that's not declared as supported by the app. In
that case, the user will see the App has not cleared the review process

Remember that this is due to a bug introduced by orkut team that

impossible. Once it's set at desconhecido, you cannot do anything to
set an XML as a valid app again.
What matter more here is the installed users of old applications, and
not new apps.

Sandbox seems completely broken on IE9.
There is an error message only secure content is displayed and then IE9
blocks most of the page.
