NO matter what I do I cannot get the out of the box email functionality to work FULLY. IT receives with no problems but it cannot send the right way.   I am assuming it is because our dumb ISP SBCYAHOOO in columbus needs us to use their SMTP server to send mail. I do not think help can given without some more info (i.e. contents of mail log, what platform, and what you did ... etc etc). Can you send mail anyway with your usual mail client for instance. By default Linux will use either the Postfix or Exim mailer to deal with mail delivery, OTRS will use th
