Thanks for trying to help me out, im sure just deleting the /opt/otrs
folder will not solve my problem,how do i make the system believe that
otrs-2.0.x. is not already installd when i try to upgrade my plesk?

Can any of you that have been using OTRS awhile tell me is there a limit
as to how many queues can be created in the system? I add another queue

is 2GB in size. I have done the mysql static/dynamic
