[otrs] Wrong From address in automatically generated email

In "Auto Response Management", I've set "Auto Response From" to one of our internal email addresses. OTRS generates automatic emails back, but the From address is "[EMAIL PROTECTED]", not the email address I've entered. Anyone know why? ___ O

Exchange itself does not naturally allow outside services to access it’s SMTP.  What your probably going to have to do is open relaying in the SMTP connector.  Be very careful and make sure you specify the computers that you want relaying open for…if you don’t you can be opening yourself up
