Vincente, The logo is called logo-otrs.pdf and is located in the /var folder. To make it easier, keep the same name once you create your own logo. Also, take a look at /Kernel/System/PDF.pm which calls this image. There are other params there but I haven't really looked at them. HTH.

Hi Dominic, ich bastle gerade an genau dem selben Problem. Auf dem Testsystem habe ich vorhin mal mit -l 10 angestartet und ich bekomme Ordner für 2004, 2005, 2006 und 2007 erstellt, sieht also erstmal korrekt aus. Woher weißt du dass die älteren nicht gemacht werden? Gruß Dennis

Hallo Dennis, also bei mir erstellt er keine Ordner für 2005 und 2004 und anhand der Ausgabe in der Konsole kann ich die Ticket Nr. sehen die er abarbeitet und er fängt bei mir mit 200610 an... was bedeutet das es im Oktober letzten Jahres ist. Die DB ist auch nur von 5,7 Gig auf 3,8 Gig

Hi, so ich hab jetzt erstmal ein Update auf 2.1.6 gemacht und danach dann das script wieder eingebaut. Das ganze dann mit deiner Parameter Angabe ausgeführt und jetzt arbeitet er wie wild und hat mir auch Ordner für 2004 und 2005 angelegt. :)) JUHU Die DB ist jetzt von 5,7 GB auf  98 MB

Moin seit gestern hab ich staendig das Problem dass ich irgendwelche Cronmeldungen krieg. Die erste ist: Cron [EMAIL PROTECTED] [ -x /usr/bin/fetchmail ] /usr/bin/fetchmail -a /dev/null File /opt/otrs/.fetchmailrc must be owned by you. Gut klar owner vom File geaendert von wwwrun auf otrs.
