Hallo, habe das ganze jetzt soweit lokalisiert dass die Datei OTRS\Kernel\Output\HTML\Standard\ CustomerHeader.dtl an den Abstürzen schuld ist. Wenn ich die alte Datei (OTRS 2.2.4) verwende gibt es kein Problem. Hat jemand von Euch auch diese Probleme? LG Günter Von: Günter Gratzer

Moin, Ich habe queues und subqueues eingerichtet. Wenn ich auf Queue-Ansicht klicke, sehe ich nur die top queues (parent queues). Ich muss noch klicken, damit ich die subqueues (children) sehen kann. Ist es möglich direkt alle queues flach zu sehen (Ansicht flat und nicht tree) ?
