Hey guys,
Is it possible to limit status notifications to customers so that only state

Thanks!

I have a problem with OTRS Notifications in a 2.4.2 installation (on a
JumpBox server). This was upgraded from 2.3.1 this week.
When OTRS sends out responses to tickets, it works fine.
When OTRS sends out a notification (ie. Ticket Moved or New Ticket) I

I guess I didn’t express myself to well. I’ll try to explain a bit better.
I’ve made a vbscript that will reset the password for a given user and then
send the new password via SMS.
I was thinking of having a button in OTRS that would do this. So that it would

We have recently updated our OTRS system (in place since 2002) to
version 2.4.3. We are especially happy with the speed increases,
and the "Support Assessment" package
On sf track Mario (I think tokaware's guy) has reported that Postgres will
be the next supported DB... We should probably let them know that there is
interest in otrs.manager to push them to release 0.6 version (mentioned to
be ready for nov '8) and the 0.7. Try to perform a feature request at

Could it be that you'd have installed an ad-blocker such as the
Ad-block-plus plugin for Firefox? have you by accident added the images of
otrs.org to a filter? I had that on one occasion... adding to a filter can
be done by a quick right-click so can happen by accident...
