Hallo Jan, Du hast Recht der Name ist nur verfälscht. Die Telnetverbindung klappt auf dem Port 25. Da ich aus dem selben Netz von anderen Rechnern Mails senden kann fällt die Firewall leider aus! Ich probiere grad ne manuelle Installation von 2.4.4. evtl geht das. Grüße Ronald

Hallo Ronald, du kannst natürlich auch Exim4 (Debians Standard Mailserver) als smtp-client konfigurieren und otrs ganz normal über Linux - sendmail verschicken lassen: einfach dpkg-reconfigure exim4-config ausführen und versand über smarthost auswählen in /etc/exim4/passwd.client trägtst du
