have to manually assign customers to a group (and therefor to a queue), or use
the CustomerAlwaysGroup option to assign every new customer to a single group.

company with it's own queue right now and I want to do this:
-For average customer, only view his/her tickets
-For two or three super customers (admins in the customer's company), be

This is configured on a per-agent basis through Preferences panel of
each agent. You will find Move/ Change state ... notifications Yes/No
drop down menus.

needed, except this one : If a client opens a new ticket, I want that
OTRS send a mail to the admins of the concerned queue. Is it possible

In OTRS AdminArea->queue&responses->queue
add the relevant queues.
In AdminArea->system->E-mail addressesadd the relevant e-mail addresses
and assing the relevant queues you created before.
This should work. - let me know if it will ;-)
from RDBMS and remove the owner of that DB
if you had one made during installation.
3. remove the $OTRS_HOME directory.
4. remove the user and group that was created for otrs.
5. remove anything otrs- mail related from your MTA
That shoud do it. (I think)

The above is one of the jobs OTRS performs - no need to invent the wheel
twice. Better we search the error and cor
till need to figure out what to do with multipart mail (html) and
encoded message body.

TO article_plain (article_id, body,

in this case a new ticket is created BUT the only attachemnt i can see
is the subject of the attached .eml file.
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Now i'm working on a script to be run before ../bin/Postmaster.pl that
donation to the OTRS project. How can
