I also found out that we cannot log into the customer side of OTRS. Looks like
an issue with LDAP, but I can’t figure out what.

I just installed OTRS 2.2.5 by the book and have been trying to log in for
the first time. I am getting the SessionID is invalid!!! error I have run
the script that deletes all the sessions, cleared the browser cache and
cookies to no avail. Any suggestions?

That sounds as if it's some way there... I can't really comment as I am
complet
the machine, when in fact they share the same
binaries/libraries. But this seems messy, and doen't really fix the
problem properly as future upgrades/patches would require maintenance of
all the symbolic links for each virtual site.

we use
the raw queue as a holding place for all request until they can be assigned to a
tech for resolution. When it is assigned and they start work on it.. they
lock it to show it is being worked on. We have over 30 tech's working the
queues - so it helps the flow.
