If I'm installing OTRS 1.3.2 from scratch on a new system do you recommend me going through all of these steps and then restoring my 1.2.3 database? What order should things be done, in order to successfully Install 1.3.2 and restore my 1.2.3 database bringing me up to par with my current 1.2.3 OTR
