Please click Admin > SysConfig. This will rebuild the SysConfig files, and will
register the new spell checker mask that was added in 2.4.4 (or .5, I don't
quite remember exactly).

I am testing an upgrade to 2.4.7 but I have run into this problem on new
Phone Ticket's.

I Installed apachi, perl and MY sql separatly, but not able to configure the
OTRS, I was confused with the DOC as it is for linux.. Can I get any
wdocument for windows..
