Hi Paolo:
Well for each day you can specify also if you want to mark it as Vacation, sick
or overtime leave, mass entry is if you want to do it for more than 1 day. A
limitation of TimeAccounting in its current state is that it marks the complete
day to leave, there is currently no possibility
Hi all,
I am configuring TimeAccounting package ver. 4.0.1 and I don't know how to
report vacation / leave hours in any given day. The only thing I found is Mass

is the ability to enter a 2 hours sick or vacation leave
Hi Winter,
The Time Accounting module can be used to keep track of how many hours
an agent worked. This is NOT integrated with OTRS tickets.

Hi
Could somebody let me know if there is a way to link the projects in Time

bottom of the ticket, there is a field called Time Units. Entered a couple
of hours but it did not reflect in the time accounting page.

Hi!
Is there a way to have reporting in time accounting to a file or a print? In
the time accounting module you just can watch the total amounts.

Hi,
is anybody here who has expience with the "time accounting" module?
I'm testing the time accounting module (V.1.2.1) with OTRS V. 2.3.2 and
I want to change the period the module calculates/reports the worked
hours in a month.
A regulary "working month" starts on the first an ends at the 30.
Hi all,
I don't know If there is a way to do that or if it should be
developed, but, it would very useful to linkage calendar information
with time accounting at least for leave/vacation and similar
information. That because you are not able to schedule planned
vacation on timeaccounting and watch

James,
That would be great if you could share your solution. Right now it
appears to be the only way to do it. Rather unfortunate as the rest
of the OTRS system handles our needs quite nicely.

In Stats, OTRS has a great Time Accounting selection that details the amount
