we're on CentOS, where the module is either loaded in
/etc/httpd/httpd.conf via
LoadModule perl_module modules/mod_perl.so
in the DSO section, or by having perl.conf in /etc/httpd/conf.d .
But I guess the server issues are a topic for a Apache list or forum :)

Hello Leonardo,
Just register your groups in the "Group" section of
Frontend::Module###AdminImportExport, access to it through: Admin ->
SysConfig -> Group ImportExport -> Frontend::Admin::ModuleRegistration.
I hope this helps!

Hello there,
On the organization we're deploying OTRS on, they'd like to give access to
the Import/Export feature to users who don't have admin access.
Is there any way to give access to this feature to a certain group of users?
I'm almost sure it is possible, I just don't know how.
Any help on

Hello.
chmod 755 /your/otrs/homedir
i.e., if you've installed OTRS on /opt/otrs:
chmod 755 /opt/otrs
Should do the trick.
