Just thought I would step up on my soap box once again and
find out how everyone is doing these days! I have still been a lurker on the ausbirthing
list so got a gist of some things that have happened (not all good).
For those who don’t know me, or who have undergone

believe that the right to chose a cs for no medical reason then it should be
classed as cosmetic and thus be fully paid for by the woman. I am sure if

I agree that the lack of understanding of even who
the midwife is is wide spread. I agree that the more women know about the
benefits of midwifetry based care the more can start demanding them.
I am also aware of the lack of support and
understanding from the community for those women who
