If I choose the capture method of "Stream Capture Raw" I get no options for conversion to MP3 or WAV or anything. If I choose "Stream Capture as MP3" I can convert to WAV and other formats. Would this mean a loss of quality going from MP3 back to WAV. Seems strange there is no option to capture

Oh, I can use a prog called addawav and merge files together and make Winamp play them OK. I wonder if that is my problem with time issues when I fastforward or rewind more so than the SQR plugin? I convert all the wma I record off replay AV into wav so that I can have better performance with my

Well, chiming in here as I've used both, I would definitely have to say that my favorite of the 2 is sound forge. However, I do find Goldwave to be effecive if all you need to do is a quick touchup job on somehing, or maybe add an efect or something. It all depends on what job you wanna do.
