The one that I have my mind sat on, is the Apple Nano 8 gig.
My question is, how user friendly is the Apple Nano for blind people?
And also, would Rock Box make it more user friendly for me?

Ipods are tougher to get to use, depending on which ones you buy. Ipods and

Hi Lauren:
An Ipod is an Apple Branded MP3 player, the major difference prior

Which ones are accessible by a totally blind person? Thanks.

Hi Jed,
if you are using a Ipod Shuffle,
you have to have ITunes with the scripts, or Anapod.
The Ipod Shuffle only comes in 1gig.
I you use any other Ipod, you can use ITunes with the scripts, or you can
use Rockbox.

Hi Jed:

the second generation iPod shuffles typically come with one gig of flash
memory. which will give you about 250 songs give or take.

Hi Jed
I would definitely go for the second generation iPod shuffle, available for
around about $79, and definitely give Anapod Explorer,
http://www.redchairsoftware.com a look. It's only $20, and is way way better
than iTunes, because it actually works with your screenr
mping through all kinds of hoops. Plus
you won't have to put out a second mortgage on your house to buy scripts to
make it work for you .
