Hi, The issues with the patch download service on SunSolve have been fixed. The problem was found to be in a middle tier application between SunSolve and the recently deployed Patch Entitlement & Download Service. The issue has now been fixed and patch downloads are working again. Can you ple

Don, The issues with the patch download service on SunSolve have been fixed. Good to hear that, as always :) Can you please let me know if you are continuing to have issues? All downloads of patchdiag.xref, READMEs and patches I tried worked fine. I see a new design of the SunSolve main p

Don, It seems as if no update to patchdiag.xref has been published today, as I still get yesterday's version "Oct/19/09" instead of the expected "Oct/20/09". http://sunsolve.sun.com/pdownload.do?target=patchdiag.xref appears to be correct: Yes, that link has the current file. It's not the

Hi Martin, It appears that http[s]://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref was impacted by an outage on servers hosting the latest version of the file. The servers are now back up, so we should see http[s]://sunsolve.sun.com/patchdiag.xref fall back in sync overnight. If not, I'll do more investi
