moon in landscape, in the (just dark) evening on the left side of the frame.

at work. I didn't have a tripod or wider lens with me at the time but it
looks like a second tripod may have to reside at work for those short
creative bursts that happen once in a while :)

I would bet that the painting is already a copy of some recognized work
painted by an artist resident in China. These paintings are produced by
the yard and sold like fixtures to hotels and restaurants.

When using the 1000mm on a 35mm camera the moon
diameter covers about 3/5 of the short side of the 35mm frame
so the image was cropped. BTW, the lab printed the image too
light so some of the highlights are washed out. It would
take approx a 1200-1500mm lens to fill the frame with a full moon.

And here's why: I shot several frames AT the detents of shutter speeds.
The shots I took "in between" were clearly off, judging from what I got
back. WAY noticable, not due to shutter error.

It's not the manual wind per. se. that stops the fogging it's the method of
counting sprocket holes. If the P3t uses a geared sprocket wheel to position
the film for the next frame then it will not fog IR film. I don't know the
answer to this, my knowledge of Pentax cameras skips this generation
