you have to use a program that knows how to show the extra information. much
is available via any EXIF 2.2-compatible browsing program. if you are using
the *istD, you have to use the Pentax browser program to see all the
settings.

Friends, we have improved K-mount compatability. Now, with the lens off "A", putting the camera into manual and pressing the green button will give the "correct" shutter speed. EV comp im manual is a nice touch. The ist D camera just got a whole lot better

I am considering getting one, although I would like to see what the second
generation dslr will have for improvements. Canon had the D30. There were
some yelps about some of the features which resulted in the D60. So I am
going to wait a bit to see what happens with Pentax.
