Honesty is always good, thanks, Ken.

Not certain what you mean.(?) Do you want me to put up a example image?
Might appear a bit egotistical, but the one I'm thinking of got in to
the gallery, but I had hopes it would make the collection.

I still don't know what a Shiloh Shepherd is. He looks like a black German
Shepherd to me.
Maybe WW or Wendy
Makes me want to look for a caption. 'Tis very simple, but soothing. :)

This is extremely simple, and yet, I like it. OTOH, it also sort of

I was teasing. :-)
Marnie aka Doe Honesty is good.
I'm encouraged they've liked as many of mine as they have.
Doesn't mean I think less of the images they've rejected.
But it would be nice to have some idea of the cause for rejection.
In every photo contest I've entered, when I could talk to the judges, I've
found they had very definite reasons
Guess that's my point.

I can be dismayed and still hold it together.
I could have added that it's a common experience for any who enter
photo contests.

Tom, can't you just imagine the judge reacting with..Ooo..that's
different and look how sharp. Let's put that in th 'YES' bin.
I was very well done!

Well put, Mark. I have found that for me, sometimes I like a shot
that I had to work really hard to get and some other shots that were
so easy to do, I don't give credit to. Others viewing our images
don't have any context like that when they pick what they like. One
