Very interesting colours in that sky - almost looks like a smoky haze from a
fire.
I think it might work a little better as a panorama format with the top 25%
cropped out. Perhaps also some Photoshopping to make the bird a true
silhouette.
What's the focal lenght of the Tair 3S?

Drew, let me add that due to the balance of the elements, this
composition is exactly right. The never center rule doesn't apply in
such cases.
The open, strongly colored sky provides a feeling of loneliness which
suits this image.

That's a nice picture. The Chihuly glass was here in Chicago 18 months
ago among the plants at the Garfield Park conservatory. I went with
the idea of taking pictures, but the display wasn't as nice as yours,
