Lighting and the aerodynamic egret make for a pleasing combination. I have probably too many photo compositional hang ups, but one of my biggies is the frame positioning of a moving object. I "must" leave more frame room in the direction of movement than behind.   Jack - Original Message -

I've repaired a number of the A50/1.7 lenses. The most common issue was the leaf spring being separated from the body because of the plastic aperture ring. Keeping track of that detente bearing was sometimes difficult. In the end, the best way that I found was to just smear some of the lens lu
