Was it giving soft bounces or complete failures ? I was getting mails
from other sources. university lines are usually pretty robust and quick
to recover.. can we have a alternate id feature ? One which is switched
to or used to drop a note saying you been nuked ?

So i test this lens and it performs really well. I totally like it. Now
i went to duke gardens here in somerville today (pretty place. very nice
to take pics of flowers but they dont allow use of tripods which is a
shame. Plus one is NOT allowed to take ones time or roam by self which

I would suggest the following tests:
take shots of distant object/landscape with both lenses so that the
focus is set to infinity. If the pictures turn out out-of-focus, then
your cam body is likely to be screwed (unlikely for both lenses to be
bad). If both are in-focus, cam body is good. Also

necessary. What about slide film ? There are places like clark color
which charge about $4.50 to my local lab which is more like $11.

I recall some post here a few days ago mentioning about older ricoh
lenses being incompatible with modern pentax cams (like the zx-5n for
eg). I have a rikenon p 1:2 50mm lens and a 35-70mm zoom. Will they work
with my zx-5n... i dont want to put them on if they arent coming off
after that!
