It's still from the same location as my last photos, around the Red
Lake in Romania.
The hay stacks are indeed built around a pole with a pitchfork, in the
old fashioned way. They are used to feed cattle during the winter.

Down near Monument Valley is a place called Valley of the Gods. It is
somewhat similar, but the formations are not quite as big and
imposing. Our last day of the trip, we arose and drove over a small
highway that leads to the top of the mesa. It overlooks the Valley of
the Gods. The road switch
I like the colors very much, and the shape of the roadway as well.
Quite effective in establishing a mood.

viewpoint on such an over-represented site without a lot of time to study
what's been done, the site, reflect
