I have the K Adaptall, not the KA. It works fine on my two newer
bodies. No jamming. Meters as if it were a K or an M lens
Hi,
Sorry, so you use K adaptall with new bodies without problems. I think about KA ones.

I just recently got my first Adaptall lens -- The Tamron SP 90mm f2.5
macro (the earlier model, with 49mm filter threads). I got Pentax ES
and Pentax KA Adaptall rings with it.
On my PZ-1 with the KA ring, it seems to behave like any other KA
lens -- in A mode (same as f/32 on the aperture

Hi,
Can I use Tamron adaptall KA on MZS or ZX-5n? I wonder if only FA lenses on MZS give
me P-TTL or even A lenses allow me to have it.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks. I own Super A and PZ-1 and for these cameras according to Tamron I
can use the adaptall. But when I asked them what about newer bodies they did
not know. Where is there a problem with adaptall? PZ1 has different mount
than Z-1p?
Why did you sell Z1p?Bought MZS or changed
I also have some manual lesnes:105/2.8, K135/2.5-not Takumar, K28/3.5 etc and I bought
Tamron SP macro 90/2.8 also manual version and plan to buy adaptall for my cameras and
wonder if it fixes for newer ones. But if it is good for PZ-1 it also should work with
newer bodies I hope.
