Yes, its hard to tell with out looking at the print, but from my experience the
most easy (not always the cheapest) way to spot a picture would be to scan it
and retouch it in photoshop. the only problem is finding a scanner big enough
for your print. But most larger printing studios have them.

As to a carrier, I just got two sheets of glass, had the edges smoothed
out by the supplier, and hinged them with gaffers tape. That part
worked fine. I was just losing my corners (and my mind).
Another reason why digital is looking better and better.

clip off the corners.

Is is possible to use copper scraps to plate out silver from spent fixer?
There seems to be a mild attack on the copper if it is placed into spent fixer.
I am almost tempted to try copper plate etching for intaglio printing plates
using the fixer as a mordent.

I believe the two are linked. Content is the image's reality, similar to the
Greek idea of archetype. Style is the way we interpret a given reality. For
example, ask 10 different photographers to photo the same table and there
will be 10 different images. The table remains the same but the

solution temperatures constant. He placed desk lamps with big bulbs shining
onto the rotating tube of his cibachrome tubes. It seems like an excellent idea.

I don't believe I did any exposures longer than 10 minutes so the top end of
this chart are just my best
about f/180, exposures were between 1
and 6 seconds on an overcast day.
Don't expect much resolution shooting this way.

You don't really have to by-pass the autoexposure - I just removed the lens
and shutter blades (on a time-zero camera) and replaced them with a pinhole
and a homemade shutter to control exposure. After making the exposure - you
press the shutter button and the camera goes thru its normal exposu
amera (The white and black one with the Polaroid rainbow stripe
down the front that James Garner used to advertise). I think these are much
easier to modify than a SX-70 (cheaper and easier to find too).
