George, I just totally disagree with your statement. It’s like saying ‘...If you apparently have not yet tried 8x10 pinhole, chances are that you will not be pleased with the results. I say this because there just isn't much room for the imagination in the image. The definition on such a big

If you apparently have not yet tried 35mm pinhole, chances are that you will not be pleased with the results. I say this because there just isn't much room for definition on such a small piece of film. Of course, that may be what you ar looking for, so you'll need to decide. Making a pinhole

Hi Catherine, The 120 size compromise is a good one for travelling, and we have been doing a lot of work lately with a Pinhole Sieve fitted to a 6x6 TLR. We used an old Zeiss Ikon Ikoflex which had a grubby taking lens. It gives you a wonderful viewfinder, and is light enough to carry around e

Well, if you want to go light, you can't beat converting a small 35mm "premium" camera into a pinhole -- easy to carry, film & processing available anywhere, and yah, you can enlarge those tiny negs later. A better compromise, since you like the large negs, might be a converted-to-pinhole 120 fol
