KDE 3.5 in www.backports.org has that feature. Just apt-get update
from their repositories and the "switch user" function will be
available in KMenu.

We will maintain compatibility with the latest Debian stable but with
updates on some components like the KDE desktop, Xorg and the kernel.

Hi Jan, you should also inquire at the Advanced Science and Technology Institute which is an agency under the DOST. There is a project on VOIP for use in the government so this would really fit into your requirements.
