I can't get 32 bit Linux to boot a AMD Phenom II X6 1000T on a MSI 890GXM-G65. I have tried Ubuntu 10.10, 10.04, OpenSuse 11.3, Slackware 12.2, 13.37. OpenSuse 11.3 64 bit however, will boot. I believe the motherboard is a fairly new revision as it has the AM3+ socket which is supposed to suppo

Sound on a Ubuntu 9.1 disk quit some time back. I think it quit after I used the disk in a computer other than the one that I installed on. My guess is that the wonderful world of automatic stuff attempted to adjust to the other motherboard, could not, and has disabled the audio. Every time I
