I’ve been quite happy with my HP 4350DTNSL. You can get a JetDirect card for it
that supports both IPv6 and IPSec (635n). It also has onboard JetDirect. It
duplexes, staples, colates. I got it used when a previous employer went out of
business. In the 5yrs I’ve had it, I’ve changed out the

Many thanks to all for the suggestions. And the LJ4+ is up for grabs to
whoever is interested.

Well, I'm not familiar with the 2270, but with the way their numbering
seems to go I assume it would be very similar. Taking a look at the specs

Thanks for the recommendations. Do I understand the difference between
the 2270DW and the 2280DW is that the latter has a scanner to enable
copying? It's only $10 more at BH. And speaking of BH, are they Los
Angeles only, or do they have a Portland presence?

High School, probably about 12 years ago??? No ethernet, but because it
has served me so well, I have purchased a few other cheap Brother LASER
I've also been very happy with my Brother HL-2280DW. It does everything I
need very reliably and the toner is super cheap. I buy generic and refill
myself, and last time it was only 5 or 6 dollars for the refill.
They have full support for Linux, for both printing and scanning. I expect
