If not, search for certificate format conversion tools. You'll find a few.
Also, try exporting from browser on Windows. Try different browsers. Some
will have the format you are looking for.

Is there any good viewer for SVG files that would retain resolution during
zooming and allow to pan the image as well?
There used to be a plugin from Adobe for firefox, seems discontinued now.
ImageMagick, gimp, qiv etc. render image but can't zoom without loss of
