It is there under BBC iPlayer Radio Factual (also under A to Z - O and also using Search). When you get Factual menu - there should be 191 items on 4 pages. out of Doors is on Page 3. If you do not get 191 items then SC web page fetches may be timing out in which case increase

That's not the output from the iPlayer Menu Addon but the old Listen Again menu. In fact there is a typo in V3 of the iPlayer Categories and A to Z menus which gives an error. I have a V4 nearly ready but in the meantime you can edit the iPlayer.opml file and remove the 'topmenu=1' from the

At a guess your AlienBBC installation although marked as 2.01b1 - may not be correct perhaps some wrong files are left. However comparing the file listing you gave against the distribution shows an exact match. alienbbc.opml can be kept between menu reset perhaps there is something wrong in it.
