The 64-bit 0.8-26 binary on sf is OSS only, no alsa.
Do you have the snd-pcm-oss module loaded? If not, it won't work.

From a terminal prompt, try running # pm-hibernate . If you get
'command not found' then, yes, you'll need to apt-get

someone has reported this already, it would change from German to

On my NAS, there doesn't seem to be any 'sudo' command and the
'shutdown' command is 'halt'. There's no suspend or hibernate but I
really just want to use this for shutting
By the way: I've done really no testing of SrvrPowerCtrl with 7.4
lately. Is it still working?

Yes, when the OS stops the SbS service, that function gets called.
This had been the only case not covered by SrvrPowerCtrl. And this
feature plugs that hole.
